Office Build Extension

Hello, I am trying to contact Sky because I am having an office built in my garden and wish to extend my broadband into the office. Internet cables are being installed but the builders said I need to contact sky to "install a box from sky dish to garden office room". I have been unable to contact anyone at sky as couldnt find a phone call or live chat feature so advice on this would be welcome. I already have multi room because we have 3 sky boxes in the house already. Thank you

To discuss your options (which someone else on here may be able to make suggestions), if you already have a Sky Mobile or from your Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

Similar to calling a lot of large companies the start will be an automated response which may try to send you back to the forum.

The builder is wrong, the multiroom Sky Q mini boxes communicate with the main Sky Q box via ethernet or wireless. There is no need for a co-axial feed from the Sky dish to Sky Q mini boxes.

Sky would not install satellite cabling to such a location even if it were relevant to Q.  As @mae-3 indicates, a Q Mini box will use an ethernet connection.

If you currently have Sky+ Multiroom and wish to relocate an existing box to the new room then you'd have to employ a local independent installer to put in a coaxial cable feed from the dish.
