Offer to upgrade broadband

Hi, I recently had an offer to upgrade my broadband for an extra £5 per month but now can't find it. How would I go about doing this please? Many thanks

I had a similar email last year. Following link on email gave a far higher price, contacted customer services who refused to honour email. With their answer being offers are sent by bots within the media department and don't reflect real offers. Complaint sent and got nowhere with that either.
