Internet connection

I've been having problems with internet connection all day and still can't watch tv or get on to the Wi-Fi... im in postcode dy8? Does anybody know what the issue may be

@Himleyowl01  & @Dutchgirl-79 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
