@ChelseaHarvey assuming it isnt simply a lose connection from the power supply to the ONT the unit may have failed which requires Openreach to fit a replacement which Sky will have to arrange for you. I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
