Internet

I had my internet installed on the 17th and it's still not up and running you keep sending me text messages saying it is and it isn't I've been in the phone twice now I'm a new customer and not happy with the service that is been provided

@Samantha55  What was it that was supposed to be installed and was this a remote install or an engineer visit install that was done?
