ONT connection cable is missing

We have moved into a new property and our ONT power able isn't here, we were contacted to arrange someone to come as our wifi was meant to be activation Friday (26th July) after going through the text chat with them we had no reply. Our wifi has now been activated today (29th July) but we cannot use it. Can we find out if the openreach people have been arranged through sky as I now have wifi I cannot use.

@JBBickers  Do you have the abiility to contact Sky to get Openreach out to replace the power unit for the ONT?

@JBBickers  How did they contact you as they don't normally talking to domestic customers.. Normally of the power unit is missing the ISP deals with making the visit happen.

Through their text service confirming if we had everything for our ONT box to work or not, they then asked of we'd be in Monday which we said yes and we have had no further reply

@JBBickers  Then just have to wait and see if they turn up to replace the unit. If there is nothing in track orders with Sky then Openreach will turn up sometime today to make sure you are connected.

The only thing we have in track orders is that the devixe has been delivered and our box has been activated, do you still think they'll come?

@JBBickers  You would hope so that the contact through text to make sure things are working. This is a new thing they are doing as we do see a lot of instaces of the power units being taken when they should not.
