ONT box on wall has no plug

How can I get a plug for the ONT box on the wall? I am renting and there is no plug for the box so I am unable to turn it on. I tried using a keyboard plug which worked but im not sure its the correct voltage.

Re: ONT box on wall has no plug

@Sgal The voltage to the ONT is 12V D.C, Centre tip positive and a supply current minimal of 0.5A for working.... If sky is your broadband supplier you call them and they will arrange an Engineer visit with the ONT supplier either OR/CF to come with a new one for you!

If you have NO active account at the address then sky will not deal with you at all!

@Sgal there are multiple different models of ONTs from different manufacturers so do not use your own power supply as if you damage the unit expect a bill from Openreach/Sky. Call Sky who can arrange for a new one to be supplied but that cannot happen until after the activation date unfortunately.

Quite why people take the ONT power supply with them when they move  is one of the great mysteries of the universe.
