ONT alarm light is red
My wifi keeps dropping the connection and on the ONT box the alrm light is red, is this connected to why the wifi is dropping

@Chez_08_ probably if the lightvis labelled alarm but definitely if labelled LOS. Run the online service checker in the My Sky app which can take upmto an hour to pick up the fault when itvdies it should walk yiubtgrough some steps before offering tonbook an engineer.
