Hi, I want to move the location of the ONT and router. The WiFi signal in parts of the house is poor. I can't run an Ethernet cable to the location that I want. How do I go about moving it? Do I need to contact yourselves or BT? Many thanks
'BT' in this context is a competing ISP. You'd need to contact Sky and they book Openreach or one of their own fibre-trained staff: there's a fee for the work.
