ONT Power Cable Missing

Hi,

Hoping I can get help on this. Recently moved into a new apartment and my broadband is due to go live tomorrow (22nd July) however I have no power cable for my ONT as the previous occupant has clearly taken it. I have no way of contacting Openreach or Sky about this to get an engineer out to provide this due to chat bot assistance for both being unhelpful is there a number I can call to arrange for this to be sorted? Thanks in advance.

@Dylan36 The number is below in the link, just expand the need more help and scroll down until you see it. Sky can do nothing for you until after the activation date and the failure which is obvious as you have no PSU for it. But call if you wish!
