NowTV Broadband

I have Nowtv broadband, I received email that it was going to be provided by Sky and it disappeared from NowTv account. I don't know how to access my broadband on Sky. No details were sent. I've emailed, created same user id. And nothing? I'm still paying for it, but no way to find my account? Anyone else had this issue?

@Theonlytexaspet I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

 

Given the chat agent will need to identify your account have your bank details that you use to pay the bills  to hand as hopefully they can use these to take you through the security questions.

NOW Broadband impossible to access account

Same issue as @Theonlytexaspet regarding NOW TV Broadband account

Hi there - impossible to find any details of my account with Sky for NOW TV Broadband - or at least, that's what it used to be called!

 

As he said too, am still p;aying for it of course!

Hi all following, I was told to talk to someone in their chat after waiting half hour in queue they told me it's handled by a dedicated team and to call a number. For some reason this community won't let me share that number, but if anyone wants it, send me a message.

im calling on Monday and will provide an update.

I'm Having the same problem , I help my mum by managing her account - just noticed that she is paying Now, and her Sky TV -  I would like to take up the offer at £39/ month for the broadband and TV package, but I'm going round in circles
