Now broadband to sky broadband

Hi all.. I was a now broadband  customer  but since  sky broadband  took over I can't  seem to find anyone  to either  fro now or sky to upgrade  my broadband  to sky full fiber  100. I  did talk  to someone  on sky they said I might  have  to go through  a process  of making  a new deal with  sky... only  problem  is I've got a bad credit  rating.. will they check  my cre6 rating.     Thanks.

That shouldn't be necessary: broadband isn't a credit based product.

@Gthing you shouldn't have an issue unless you have a debt with Now or another internet service provider like other utility companies owing money to one can stop you moving to another. Things are different if you are an undischarged bankrupt which hopefully doesnt apply.
