Nothings picking my Internet up

My internet is being quite slow or not connecting to most devices in my home it's saying contact server provider I've rebooted the router and restarted all devices and rebooted everything and nothing is working it wouldn't let me connect anything to my wifi

Horrendous WiFi and broadband sopped / connection for past two days.   Re booted all connections srverss as on times and still not working correctly.   Not happy.   Contract ends in two weeks !   Think I will be switching to virgin

@Niomiaylor & @Lymm1 as a first step run the service checker in the My Sky app as thst can identify the issue which can be caused by an issue with connection to your hub or the WiFi connection in your home. Sky do ask thst customers do some basic fault finding before contacting them but if stuck call them.
