Not working broadband new customer

Help my new broadband isn't working it's got a green light but won't connect to anything saying no internet , I don't have a WiFi extender either so it's plugged into the landline is it connected properly ???

@Magenta96Is this your activation date or have you had working broadband from Sky before this happened?
