Not on sky broadband?

Sky Speed checke rsays I'm not with Sky broadband but I have been for the last 3 years. No FAQ'S cover this. I had my broadband upgraded to ultra fast broadband fitted this morning and it stillNo problem with the scones up with the same message. Speed OK when I test it be entering speed test in my browser but I can't check it on Sky. It's driving me nuts.

Are you sure you have linked your broadband account number to the correct Sky ID?
