Cannot get broadband to work du to security key

What about the security key? What is the issue with it? You need to be more specific.

Wen I input the security key comes back not recognised i have try but no luck any ideas?

What device are you trying to connect?
Are you sure you are typing it correctly? The security key is case sensitive & some numbers look like letters & vice versa.

Yes I know is sensative key I have been very extra careful with it. But no luck

Try holding the reset button on the rear of your hub for a minimum of 30 seconds then try connecting again
