Not in when hub delivery attempted- what next?

My sky max hub was sent and an attempt delivery made on 29/10/24 but we were at work and were never going to be able to be home to receive in person, as is required by sky. 

since then I have heard nothing. 

my new package started on 15Nov. I am struggling to even find a phone number that I can call to help with this. The chat bot takes me around in circles and doesn't answer my query. Any ideas??

Who attempted delivery? Royal Mail should have left a card giving a redelivery option or collect from local PO

It was DPD no card left. 
tracking number states it's returned to sky but not heard anything since.
