My sky max hub was sent and an attempt delivery made on 29/10/24 but we were at work and were never going to be able to be home to receive in person, as is required by sky.
since then I have heard nothing.
my new package started on 15Nov. I am struggling to even find a phone number that I can call to help with this. The chat bot takes me around in circles and doesn't answer my query. Any ideas??

It was DPD no card left.
tracking number states it's returned to sky but not heard anything since.
