Not getting wifi from router.

Saying no connection when I go onto my Sky box settings but says OK when I use the checking tool on my phone.

@West30 if by the term Sky box you mean your brosdband hub then check the leds as thry indicate what is happening see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start 

 

The online check shows the result of the last routine check - it tells you when that was - so to get the current position click onnthe link tomthe Broadband check which re-runs the test which will fail if the hub has lost its connection but should tell you if Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line and in some cases can offer to book an engineer however if it does neither call Sky their lines should be starting to open now to report thecfault somthey can get it checked out.
