Wifi keeps dropping out

Hello, we are a brand new customer to Sky and are not impressed with the lack of wifi connection in our house. We are meant to be full fibre but the wifi continually disconnects from our phones and laptops which makes it almost impossible to work from home! Checking the connection on the app and it says is good, but I can certainly say it isn't!

Same here. Today has been terrible and their checker just keeps telling me all 'looks good'!

Same here. I was watching something and the internet just died on me. But following the checker - it's all fine. Well it is not. The wifi is blinking in green and I can't connect to internet

Same here... can't set alarm, lights all on, sky are liars! Always make it out that we've set it up wrong. 
it's got to be an outage - I'm in Essex

I'm in Essex as well. Already tried to restart it, but it didn't help. What am I paying £40 for? Better upgrade my mobile. Ridiculous, some people need internet to make a living.

Same here. Plus most of the house is 'smart' so I'll have to rest everything once it comes back online. Trouble is, that happens all too often!
