Internet connection

Guys, how much longer? Lately I have been having constant problems with my internet connection. The internet keeps disappearing in the evening/at night. Usually it would at least appear after a reboot and so on, but now it has disappeared completely, although we were recently charged for the internet. I am not even talking about the speed coming out of the router! What kind of service is this?

@Val2p loss of service between midnight and 5am is often down to essentisl maintenance which often is required after a period of bad weather which has caused other issues. Hopefully this is a positive move which gives you a better service going forward.
