Not getting guaranteed 100Mb/s download speed
We have upgraded more than 14 days ago to this WiFi and it is guaranteed at 100Mb/s. We are experiencing ~23Mb/s instead. We work from home and are having important work calls interrupted by internet access that drops out and is very slow.

100Mbs would be the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed delivered to the Hub over optical cable*, not from the Hub to any wireless device.
* or copper phone line for G.fast
