@DawaTsering assume you mean the TV is not connnecting to the internet. Check if other devices are still connected if thry are the issue is with the TV. If no devices are connecting look at the lights on your Sky hub see this guide for w hat to do https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
