Upgraded to 500mbps recently (3/4 weeks ago) and regularly doing speed checks and 7/10 I'm only getting 80-140mbps and barely getting the guaranteed 400+ mbps!
any ideas why?

Find out more@ghunt1193 while it is possible you have an issue with speed to the hub it is worth checking if the issue isnt variable speeds on your home network. Therefore run a speed test on a device connected by ethernet when nothing else is running which will exclude wifi issues which are common.
