Why is it so difficult to find the length of my contract ? I've been going round and round in circles for an hour now !

Broadband contracts are usually 18 months. If you go to the broadband section of you my sky app or sky.com account it should tell you when your initial 18 month discount ends

On the mobile app from the home screen scroll down to 'Your Products'

From there select 'Broadband' and you should see 'Contract ends ...'
