Not connecting

My wifi hub is on all the lights are green but no devices are connecting to it

Try a reboot of your broadband hub at the mains, leave it off for a few minutes before powering it back up.

Having the same issue, this is the fourth time in around 3 months. Lost access earlier this week, reported it to Sky and as usual there was a fault that needed repairing. Internet came back on yesterday for the day but now has gone again.

 

All lights are on but no Internet access. Tried all the standard steps to fix/identify the problem but nothing is working.

 

At this point I'll be looking at other providers, the frequency of issues is really not good and losing access for several days at a time is leaving me unable to work.
