No internet or voice light

My router has no internet or voice lights sometimes the internet one flashes orange but the sky app is telling me there is no problem detected!!

I've tried turning off, resetting, unplugging the cables and replacing makes no difference.

any advice?

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

If there isn't try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

I'm having same problem. Says everything is fine and no known problems in area
