Not connecting to wif
My charm in the hallway not connecting and my alexa in the kitchen not connecting aswell .but my doorbell is connected.

@Billy761 do you mean "chime" rather than "charm"? Bring a phone near the chime and the Alexa to check that they are not in a spot with minimal WiFi signal. Assuming the devices have access to WiFi factory reset both devices, the makers weeb site should show how to do that. Then try to connect them which often then works.
If the problem is poor signal level which does happen in many houses consider moving them to a better location or consider upgrading your home's wifi.
