Not been changed to Fibre 500

My Fibre 500 should be active today but it's still showing our old Superfast speed of 76 mbsec

@SteveCresswell first point do you already have a full fibre connection with a ONT? If your old Superfast service was over full fibre whichh is possible but is unusual the switch would be done remotely but it takes time for Sky's systems to catch up so check again later today. Activation on a Sunday is again possible but quite rare but could be a factor as not all Sky staff work at weekends..

 

If the switch is from a superfast service over copper to a  full fibre service then that requires an engineers visit to fit the new line and ONT.speeds often take a few hours to stabilise.
