Internet failing everyday

Every day for around 3 weeks my connection to internet fails.  It comes back on after I switch off and on again at box.  An clues what I should do?

@ChristineA66 if you have a black Sky hub podt the connection stats as they give useful information otherwise it is guess work see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
