Not all websites loading using the wifi

Hi, recently lots of websites won't work using devices connected to the WiFi. Seems really random. For example BBC weather fine but Strava not. 

Affects all devices in the household 

Please help!

Have you tried rebooting your broadband hub, when you are not using the internet try leaving it off for 10 minutes before powering it back up then giving it a few minutes to finish loading up before trying again to access these websites.

We have switched the hub off and on but I'm not sure that's a reboot!? 

Have you a link for how to do a reboot? 

All websites and apps work when connected to a VPN but not when not connected.

Is there a number where I can speak to Sky about this to sort it quickly?

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
