Not able to open certain websites

I just switched to sky broadband and am not able to open specific websites, such as my Swiss newspaper website (watson.ch). Why are some websites restricted from being opened??

Try changing parental settings by opening up My Sky App on phone and click on Broadband. Then scroll down and click on Product Settings then Broadband Shield and change the option to 18.
