Not able to log a fault

I have an issue with download speeds, and am not able to log a fault either on pc or on the app.

There seems to be no way to actually log a fault, unless I am missing something very obvious.

 

I have tested the line, both from my app, and from my pc.

 

I get the following message from both: 

 

There's a problem with your broadband

Call a Sky expert on:

Calls to Sky contact centres are free for Sky Talk customers.
Calls cost up to 5.3c /min (plus 9.7c connection fee) for Eir customers. Calls from other providers will vary.

 

I phone the number, it tells me they are closed, so I follow the prompts, I get an SMS, am told that I can log a fault through that process, I follow the link sky.com/connection and get to the same message as above... there seems to be no way to talk to someone OR to log an actual ticket that someone can look at.

 

Can anyone assist?
