Non return charge refund if the device is returned.

I have been charged for not returning the SKY HUB 4.2. Is there any chances that I will get that amount back if I return the equipment?

@edd222  You'll need to return it 1st and keep proof of postage before Sky will gie a refund.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
