Non existant WiFi in some rooms

Just signed up to fibre broadband. Promised wall to wall WiFi with 500mbps. Hub/Network not even recognised by firestick in Family Room. Connected manually via SSID. Connected but absolutely atrocious. I cannot watch TV at all as just buffers constantly. TV test says 1.4mbps, but Sky Test says everything is fine.... something is very wrong. Also speed is extremely poor in my upstairs office, (I work from home). Sky say wait 14 days as they'll be monitoring it.... I can't wait 14 more minutes!!! It's AWFUL!!

@TinaM66 What hub did you get installed with your service! Was this also an upgrade of an existing old sky copper line to the FF, if so what old hub did you have and do you still have that!

Unfortunately that's stipulated in the wording of the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee'

Re: Non existant WiFi in some rooms

Brand new house, brand new fibre connection.  Previously used 4g WiFi which was far superior.
