No fibre connection

What is happening upgraded to fibre !  3 days no internet and no communication from you. This is unacceptable you should at least be able to advise your customers if there is a problem, letting them find out for themselves is very poor customer service. 
when will my connection be up and running again? This is really bad service

This is a customer helps customer forum so you are not talking to Sky.

 

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Two yellows and a red. 
Interesting to know that I will now not have internet until the 22nd. I will be compensated apparently but not for the weekend days . Strange that I still pay for weekend days !

@ian-51 Not sure what ONT you got installed as you do not say and by who, is your OLD fttc still not working, or did the ONT when changed at that time have 3 Green lights which are Power, Pon and Lan.   Think you are saying that you will have LOS on a Red that is bad!

Not entirely correct: the Openreach target time to fix doesn't include weekends, but the compensation covers Saturday and Sunday if the fault isn't fixed by Tuesday night.
