No
Hi my broadband connection isn’t working it just comes up with technical issue on the tv
And I my phone it’s asking me for a gateway log in which I have no idea what that even is
I’m in Lincolnshire is it still under maintenance
i have absolutely nothing and its saying there is connection but my devices say not
the sky glass just shows a message to say technical fault
and my phone looks like it's connected but underneath it's says in yellow no connection

Does it say anything when you run the line test in the My Sky app?

It just says all ok but then when I look at the connection in settings it's showing underneath in orange no connection on my phone and the tv there is just nothing

I can't it just won't connect anything it tells me to log in on sky gateway but nothing

You'll need to call Sky and report it then, its odd the My Sky app isnt picking the issue up if your broadband light is orange
