No working fault reporting system

Fault on my broadband fiber an cannot any working satisfactory fault reporting system. Bot just went in circles then closed the door "done" website contact number is "incorrect number" with no other options and no agent contact so not very happy totally unsatisfactory as sky mobile coverage rubbish in my area therefore 1.1mb download ?? Now have to go for a drive into town to do some work today 😡😡

@N1ck2   First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Thanks Gd I've done all that and all it confirms is that I have an outage but no mechanism to report the fault, speak to an agent or give me any idea as to the problem or service disruption time scale ?? Also sky appears to reply on "users" instead of sky employees so still no contact options
