No wifi
The wi fi only connects in the room with the hub/router

@HJT1 The hub may just not be in the correct location and you may have to relocate it to a different area! Below sky's advice and depending how and what connected longer cable but best you say connection type before you decide!
First, let's position your new hub
Where you put your hub can really affect your WiFi signal. For the clearest signal:
- Keep it out in the open - not in a cabinet, on the floor or stuck behind the TV. About 30cm of space is best.
- Keep it away from wireless devices like baby monitors. And try not to put your cordless phone right next to it – as far away as the cable will allow is best.
- Try to put it where you use the internet most. Your signal is stronger near your hub.

Thank you - I'll try that and relocate. It was behind the TV so I've moved it to the window sill. 🤞🏼
