If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any outages nearby https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
(This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households)

If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If the service checker is still not telling you that Sky are aware you may need to call them to report it (dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline).

Any engineer visit that’s required is likely to be delayed due to the disruption from the recent storms.

Re: No wifi

Same here. No problems reported by service checker, or any issues being reported in the area. Have internet on wired devices but no Wi-Fi is being broadcast on router so nothing for mobile devices to connect to.

Re: No wifi

So looked on another forum post that said to try holding the wps button for 30 seconds (was 45 for me) till light flashes green. Waited 5 or so mins and wired connection came back then after another 5/10 mins Wi-Fi signal popped back up... could have been a coincidence and whatever problem was fixed or could have been the 'reset'.

Re: No wifi

My WiFi and power lights are green but internet isn't showing anything.  Have tried the wpa button so will leave it and keep my fingers crossed that it resets everything.  Failing that I'll ring sky again tomorrow.
