Internet light is not on. Test broadband and WiFi and says all is fine but no WiFi for over 48 hours now despite resetting router. What do I do, please help!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Phil2211 lots of line issues following the storm at the weekend. If the Service Checker is not showing Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line call them to report it. Repairs msy take longer than the normal 2 full working days from the report..
