Unable to disable remote access on my router
When I access advanced controls
The remote access box is checked . It will not allow me to uncheck the box.
Why?

Re: Unable to disable remote access on my router
@ElementalFire88 by default remote access control is disabled on all Sky hubs due to the significant security risk this poses. If you think remote access has been enabled on your hub you can simply reset the hub to its defaults by pressing and holding in the reset pin until the power light flashes then release. The question then is how it was enabled in the first place and who did it. It would be wise to change both the wifi and admin passwords see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password
The forthcoming Telecoms Security Act places a duty on Sky to police securityrisks areas like this more strictly so this option may be further restricted or removed. The latest Sky Max hubs lack the facility completly.
