No wifi

I only came back to sky broadband Friday gone and come yesterday I'm having issues 😡 no internet connection at all saying there's a problem and will be sorted in the next couple of days. Not happy

A couple of (working) days is the standard timeframe issued by Openreach to fix faults to domestic set-ups. They claim to achieve this in 80+% of the time. 

In case you're not already aware the below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you notify Sky of the fault, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (from 01/04/24 the rates are £9.76 per day).

@Loumills82 the storm has inevitably caused a lot of issues so its likely an unfirtunate coincidence.
