Internet keeps dropping and constantly lagging

I've had sky broadband for about 2 weeks now , I have the Gigafast and the internet is rubbish. I'm using my data and so is my daughter as the internet doesn't read our rooms , I work from home and I've lost money due to poor contction.  I went for the Gigafast Because I need a steady internet but I'm regretting changing now

@nikkip80 sounds like poor wifi coverage from the Sky hub which seems a common complaint Sky can supply boosters are part of the WiFi Max add-on see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max if you bought that as part of the package. If you did not complain and see if they will throw it in for free or reduce the cost if your previous service gave better wifi coverage.

 

Working from home does not change anything though as you have bought a  domestic connection so any lost earnings are definitelly not covered.
