No wifi

I had issues last week with no WiFi, Colin from sky sent a WiFi plug out but has made no difference. I have now had my sky glass tv come today and I can't install it to the WiFi.

the current Puk I use will only connect via an Ethernet cable.

Colin suggested last time that I need an engineer to come out if the WiFi plug didn't work.

i work from home I need the WiFi connection to work

Sorry to hear that,  I would reccomend trying the steps in this article if you haven't already.

You can also use service checker in the MySky app which can also help you to book an engineer if it finds a fault that can't be fixed remotely.

 

If your broadband is working fine but it's just your wifi you may just need a replacemnt hub.

If none of these help, get in touch with Sky by calling [removed] or visit Contacting Sky
