No wifi

I have restarted Sky WiFi router multiple times, checked sockets and also been restarting my laptop many times, but Sky WiFi is barely performing. I am at a loss what the problem is. Cables look fine and nothing has changed in the set up for many years. Lights on router also flashing ok. 

Self check on this app says WiFi is fine. Can you kindly but urgently look into what is going on please? Thank you, Eric

@EricGulikers you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Lights flashing in the hub indicate an issue see here for what they mean https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
