WiFi won’t connect to glass tv

I got fibre broadband yest and the router is saying it's got internet but none of my devices are picking it up, I've rebooted it multiple times and put the passwords in Again

@Lara29 if the hub lights (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) are indicating it is connected but no devices can access the internet but say they are connected to the hub then power down the hub for at least 30 minutes. If devices can see tge hub;

's SSID simply wont connect then there is a password issue a factoryvreset should return the hub to its factory settings see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password
