Discussion topic: No wifi

No wifi

My main Sky Q box and my two mini boxes, and my phone (I'm with Sky mobile) cannot cannot to internet.  All lights are on and showing green on my router.  Please advise how to fix. Thank you.

Have you tried rebooting your broadband hub ?

No, I will try that now.  Thank you.


(I did turn the main Sky Q box off and on again but still staying looks like no internet connection.)
