@Kermit65 test the connection speed to your Glass TV by going intomthe Get Help menu in the Netflix app and run the Network test. To stream video you require a strong stable wifi signal and to watch in UHD the speed nedds to be around 35Mb/s. If your TV isnt getting thst speed you need to improve wifi coverage in your home or use an ethernet cable. Sky will only provide boosters if you buy their WiFi Max upgrsde see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
