No wifi or phone

Contacting on behalf of my elderly parents.

Had Sky for 6 months, since yesterday no internet and phone is dead. Tried switching off and rebooting. Can't get hold of Sky. I'm not local to them, they can't log in to their account as no internet. Can anyone help please?
